Plant Smart is a campaign to encourage careful planting and to protect America's trees from harmful foreign species. Plant nurseries, recreation groups, landowners and conservationists are uniting in support of stronger regulations on plant imports that will prevent deadly foreign insects and diseases from attacking our native trees.
