EAB University Webinar: "Note to City Managers"

Chad Tinkel, Manager of Forestry Operations, City of Ft. Wayne, IN, will present the topic "Note to City Managers" at the next EAB University webinar, Nov. 29, 11 a.m. EST.

Chad received a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Purdue University. An ISA certified arborist, he worked as a commercial arborist for 10 years, with a strong interest in plant health care. Nine years ago, he brought his talent to Ft. Wayne's municipal crews, earning the position of manager in 2009.

He is the immediate past-president of the Fort Wayne Arborists. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Urban Forest Council and is currently a member of the BMP committee with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, charged with developing best management practices with regard to urban forestry in the state of Indiana.
